They took the time to explain all the differences between tvs that I was comparing. Very patient with my questions. Then a couple hours after my purchase they called me to say they found a rebate on the TV I bought and they refunded my over $200. They could have kept that I would never have known. Highly recommend and I will be back again.

Walked in to inquire after seeing Car audio deals online. And for the first time in awhile can safely say that was the best customer experience I've had in years. Kisha and Ian both helped answer every question I had, made jokes, felt like I'd known then for ages, showed me around and even got me booked in for an appointment to get new speakers in my car.

We bought a fire stick from Best Buy. We did this because our TV was older than Netflix would support. It is our secondary TV and did not want to buy a new one. Could not install because both HMDI ports in the back of the TV were used. Tried phoning Best Buy but not local and just a robot. Then tried The Geek Squad could not connect to a person with out initiating a membership purchase. Again a Robot. Phoned Extreme Electronics and got a person right away one willing to answer my questions. They also came out to our house on a service call when we needed a little more help. Local Store no robot great service. Ryan was very knowledgeable and just a great person.

Was hunting online for Canadian distributors of Wet Sounds Marine audio products, and came across extreme electronics. Prices that could not be beat! In addition I had the pleasure of interacting with Brian who gave some great advice, as well as provide me accurate information on availability/stock!

Excellent customer service. Originally ordered an open box turntable which was already sold. I was directly contacted directly by Kisha and managed to get a different colour of the same turntable. They even managed to give me a price beat on another website which was offering it for cheaper. Highly recommend.

Picked up a set of Wetsound 8 inch speakers had to wait a month to get them due to stock 199% best boat speakers iv had hooked up to a HERTZ Amp.
